Return and Refund Policy for Had Me At Hello Imaging Products

 

Section 1 – Products

 

At Had Me At Hello Imaging, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Here's all you need to know about our hassle-free return and refund policy:

 

1. ​Incorrect or Incomplete Order

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at contact@hadmeathello.com.au within seven days of receiving your order. Kindly provide

your order number, details of the missing or incorrect item(s), and the correct item(s) that you should have received. We'll contact you to take care of the rest.

 

2. Returning an item/ Change of mind

If you change your mind about a product, we're happy to offer a credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) once you've returned the item. Please note:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and seals intact for us to resell it.

We'll process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to a week or two from the time we receive your returned product(s).

Once we've processed your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. You can then use your credit to purchase another excellent product from us!

To begin your return, please follow these instructions:

Email us at contact@hadmeathello.com.au within seven days of receiving your order, informing us of your return request. Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • Securely pack the product(s) in the packaging you received them in, if possible.

  • Send the package to: Had Me At Hello Imaging, Suite 17, 98-100 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood South Australia 5034.

 

3. Defective or Unsatisfactory Product

In the event that your product has a defect, flaw, or malfunction, please let us know within seven days of receiving the product at contact@hadmeathello.com.au. We'll make it right by providing you with a credit for another purchase or a refund for what you paid.
